All exhibitor orders (except for F&B orders) must be placed in the online shop. For F&B orders, please contact Ms Carina Schorling carina_schorling@logi-vent.de

The deadline to receive exhibitor orders (except for F&B orders) is May 13th, 2024 (23:59 CEST). All orders received after May 14th, 2024 (0:00 CEST) and on-site orders are subject to a 100% surcharge.

We accept two ways of payment: wire transfer and credit card. To pay by credit card, please download the credit card authorization form and return to onlineshop-5cc@video-art.de after placing your order in the online shop.

Please set up your own login credentials during checkout. The login credentials that you used to enter the exhibitor portal are not valid for the online shop. If you exhibited at previous 5CC Events and used the online shop for your exhibitor orders, you may use your existing username and password.
